EVCharge is India's fastest-growing EV charging network, offering smart charging solutions for homes, businesses, and fleets. We operate over 12,500 charging stations across 180 cities and provide end-to-end infrastructure services.
Simply download the EVCharge app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and add a payment method. You can then locate nearby stations, scan the QR code on the charger, and start charging immediately.
We offer AC slow chargers (7.4 kW, 22 kW) for home and workplace, DC fast chargers (50 kW) for urban locations, and ultra‑fast chargers (150–350 kW) for highway corridors. All our chargers are OCPP‑compliant and compatible with major EV models.
Installation
Typically 3–4 hours for a standard installation. If electrical panel upgrades are needed, it may take longer. Our certified electricians handle everything, including permits and testing.
Yes, most commercial installations require local permits and utility coordination. EVCharge handles the entire permitting process as part of our commercial installation service.
All installations come with a 5‑year workmanship warranty and a 2‑year equipment warranty (extendable). We also provide 24/7 support for any post‑installation issues.
Pricing & Billing
Pricing varies by location and charger type. You can see real‑time rates in the app before starting a session. Typically, AC charging ranges from ₹6–10/kWh, and DC fast charging from ₹12–18/kWh. Subscription plans offer discounted rates.
You can use our service on a pay‑as‑you‑go basis with no membership. However, we offer monthly subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) that include free kWh and lower per‑unit rates for frequent users.
Invoices are automatically generated and can be downloaded from the app under "Charging History". For fleet accounts, consolidated monthly invoices are sent via email.
Smart Charging & Fleet
Smart charging uses AI to optimise when and how your EV charges – shifting load to off‑peak hours, balancing grid demand, and integrating with solar. It reduces costs and grid stress.
Yes, we offer a comprehensive fleet charging solution including depot infrastructure, telematics integration, automated billing per vehicle, and energy management to minimise total cost of ownership.
V2G enables bidirectional charging, allowing your EV to discharge energy back to the grid. This can earn you revenue during peak demand and support grid stability. EVCharge is deploying V2G‑ready infrastructure.
App & Account
On the app login screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the instructions. You'll receive a reset link via email.
Yes, we offer RFID cards for users who prefer not to use a smartphone. You can request one through the app or customer support. The card is linked to your account for easy billing.
Station status is updated in real time, but there can be a slight delay if a vehicle just parked. We're constantly improving our network to minimise this. You can also check the exact port availability in the app.
