By accessing or using the EVCharge website, mobile application, or any EV charging services provided by EVCharge India Pvt. Ltd. ("EVCharge", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our charging services. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. EVCharge is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
Charging sessions are subject to availability. You agree to follow all posted instructions at charging stations. EVCharge reserves the right to disconnect or refuse service for any violation of safety rules or these Terms. Fees for charging sessions are displayed in the app and may vary by location and time.
All charges are processed through our third‑party payment partners. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription plans will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (available on request).
All content on the EVCharge website and app, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of EVCharge or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of our services without prior written consent.

Our services may contain links to third‑party websites or services. EVCharge is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Your use of third‑party links is at your own risk.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EVCharge does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure. We are not liable for any damages arising from power outages, charging failures, or vehicle‑related issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVCharge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold EVCharge harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on our website with the effective date. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
